Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return shipping label within 24-48 hours.

Package Your Items

Securely pack items in original packaging. Include the RMA number and return form in the package.

Ship Your Return

Attach the prepaid label and drop off at any authorized shipping location. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Information

Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to original card within 7-10 business days
  • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account within 5-7 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant credit applied to your account for future purchases
  • Gift Cards: Original gift card will be reactivated with returned amount

Shipping Costs

  • We provide prepaid return labels for defective or incorrect items
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item was defective
  • Expedited shipping costs are never refundable
Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your statement after we process the return. International orders may take 10-15 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the unwanted item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item
Quick Exchange Option: For size or color changes on the same product, contact customer service. We may be able to expedite your new order while processing your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We'll make it right immediately:

For Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost
  • Keep the damaged item until we provide disposal instructions

For Defective Products

  • Contact us within 30 days of purchase
  • Describe the defect and how the product is not performing as expected
  • We may request photos or a small sample for quality control
  • Full refund or replacement provided, including return shipping costs
Quality Promise: Every GmnNow product undergoes rigorous testing. If any product doesn't meet our salon-quality standards, we'll provide a full refund plus a 20% credit for your next purchase.

International Returns

International customers have the same 30-day return window, with some additional considerations:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our US facility
  • Items must clear customs and may be subject to duties/taxes
  • Refunds processed in USD to original payment method
  • Allow 10-15 business days for international refund processing
  • We recommend insured shipping with tracking for valuable returns
Customs Declaration: Please declare returned items as "returned merchandise" to avoid additional duties. Include a copy of the original invoice.
